The first visit
A child's first time in the surgery shapes a lot of what comes after. That's why it isn't just about looking at a mouth: it's about making the experience calm, with time for the child to look around, ask questions and feel comfortable before anything happens.
For you, as a family, it's also the moment to tell us what worries you and what you'd like us to know. Listening first is the same principle we work with for any patient, adapted to the fact that there are two people in the room here, not one.
How we work with children
Here, we don't hand you a quote: we build Care Plans, for the youngest patients too, which come from understanding each child's and each family's situation, not just a price list. Because caring begins before treating.
That means going at the pace each child needs, explaining things in words they can understand, and letting trust build visit by visit, without rushing.
What you can do at home
Caring for a child's teeth doesn't start or end at the surgery: everyday habits at home are the other half of the work. We talk with you about what you can do to support those habits, always with a real family's day-to-day in mind.
