A check-up is, above all, a chance to look before something starts to hurt. We go over how your mouth is doing as a whole: gums, teeth, and any small change worth keeping an eye on, even if you don't notice anything today.
It isn't a cold formality: it's also the moment to ask how you're doing, whether anything is worrying you, whether there's something you'd like to tell us. Listening first is part of the check-up, not an extra.
When there's something to treat
If a check-up turns up something worth treating, we don't just deal with it there and then: we sit down with you to explain it. Here, we don't hand you a quote: we build Care Plans, which come from understanding your situation, not just a price list. Because caring begins before treating.
That means telling you what's been found, why it's worth acting on, and what options there are, giving you the time you need to decide calmly.
Coming back, without fear
Many people find it hard to go back to the dentist, and that's nothing we judge: we try to make every visit a calm experience, where you know at every moment what's happening and why. Talking to you while we work is part of that.
